Meeting Calendar
Regular Planning Commission meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month (except in July, August, and December) and begin at 7pm. Beaux Arts Village has no Town Hall, and Commissioners take turns hosting the monthly meeting in their homes, though any Village may offer their home as a meeting location. Please contact Deputy Clerk Addie Tych if you are interesting in hosting a meeting.
A meeting agenda listing the topics to be discussed and the meeting location (or remote access information) is posted to the "Government / Planning Commission / Agendas " page of this section and on mailstands throughout the Village as soon as available.
If a Planning Commission meeting will include a public hearing, the Public Hearing Notice will be posted to the "Government / Public Notices" page of this website and on mailstands at least ten days prior to the hearing. A notice will also be published in advance in the Seattle Times, as required by state statutes.
Special meetings may be held from time to time as needed. Notices and agendas for special meetings are posted on this website and on mailstands at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Meeting dates are occassionally changed to ensure a quorum. Please check the meeting agenda for date, location and/or remote access information.
