Regular Planning Commission meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month (except in July, August, and September) and begin at 7pm. Please see the link below for the current year's schedule of Council meetings with locations.
Because Beaux Arts has no Town Hall, Coommissioners take turns hosting the meeting in their homes. A meeting agenda listing the topics to be discussed and the meeting location is posted to the "Government / Planning Commission / Agendas " page of this section and on mailstands throughout the Village as soon as available - usually by the Friday prior to the meeting. Any Villager may offer their home as a meeting location. Please contact Deputy Clerk Addie Tych if you are interested in hosting.
If a Planning Commission meeting will include a public hearing, the Public Hearing Notice will be posted to the "Government / Public Notices" page of this website and on mailstands at least two weeks in advance. A notice will also be published at least two weeks in advance in the Seattle Times, as required by state statutes.
Special meetings may be held from time to time as needed. Notices and agendas for special meetings are posted on mailstands at least 24 hours before the meeting and on this website. The location of each special meeting is listed on the agenda for that meeting.
